As a sleep expert with specialized training in infant and toddler sleep, I have deep insights into child development and the keys to their thriving. My journey began when I discovered the Baby Led Sleep Approach, which aligned perfectly with my parenting style. This transformative method strengthened my connection with my children and boosted my confidence as a mom. I've also completed the Wholechild Company Breastfeeding Program to better support new and expecting breastfeeding moms.

More About Me
Initially, I was passionate about my career in the financial industry. However, when my first child arrived, everything changed. Balancing work and family became more challenging, especially with the added stress of sleep deprivation. Since I had my kids back-to-back and was literally pregnant for three years in a row, not only did I want my kids to sleep, but I needed them to sleep for my physical and emotional well-being. Like many parents, my husband and I struggled with infant sleep and felt exhausted and overwhelmed. Determined to find answers, I did extensive research and gained valuable tools to support my children's sleep. By the time our third child arrived, I considered myself a sleep pro.
Nowadays, parents receive a lot of education during the prenatal stage, but none of it includes infant sleep. Therefore, parents start their parenting journey clueless and already overwhelmed. I like to work with expecting and new moms before their baby's arrival to educate them about newborn sleep and when it is time to transition to a schedule. I've also learned that if you provide your child with the tools for good sleep from day one, they develop healthy sleep habits, and parents can avoid sleep challenges later on. Having been in the corporate world for almost 20 years prior to sleep coaching, I understand what it is like to return from maternity leave sleep-deprived and be expected to perform as before. I work with moms before they go back to work to ensure their child sleeps well so they can return to work rejuvenated.
My personal journey inspired me to dedicate my time to educating parents on teaching their children to become better sleepers. Sleep coaching is now my full-time calling.
